Your course includes a non-refundable deposit of £10. If for any reason, it is not possible to run the course, you are entitled to receive a full refund or to request to go on our next available course.
You can request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. If the starter kit has been posted out to you, you will need to return it at your own expense.
It is important that you provide the following information:
1. The email you used to make the purchase.
2. Your name, method of payment and date purchased.
3. The reason why you’d want a refund for this course.
Purchases made with credit/debit card or via PayPal
The refund will be made to the same credit or debit card that you used to complete the payment. Or, to the PayPal account that you used to complete the payment, if this is the case, you will receive a notification email.
Please remember that this may take several days to be reflected in your account, depending on the time your bank takes to handle payments.
Purchases made with cash/bank transfer
If you made the payment in cash or bank transfer, we will need you to send us the information for your bank account so that we can make the refund via bank transfer:
